However, if you've been working on quitting porn for a long time but still keep viewing pornography, you might be asking, "What if there really is something wrong with me?"
We are on the cusp of the New Year, which for many people often means thinking about all the changes we want to make and the new habits we want to create. We tend to focus on the negatives, but I’m proposing that we need to pay just as much attention, if not more, to all the wins you’ve experienced.
